REGISTRATION NOTE: Please note that if you are not a resident of the SEAS CYO service area, as defined by the SEAS Parish boundary, due to recent league rule changes, your registration will be considered provisional until such time as the new rules are finalized. REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be given according to the following schedule:

Not Placed on a Team - 100% Refund
Withdrawal communicated to Board Member prior to uniform order date - 100% Refund.
Withdrawal communicated to Board Member after uniform order - Registration fee less $65 uniform cost.
Withdrawal communicated to Board Member after commitment to the Archdiocese CYO Office - registration fee less $65 uniform cost less $13 Archdiocese CYO fee.
Withdrawal after games begin (includes preseason) - NO REFUND.
A completed registration is acknowledgement of the SEAS CYO Athletics Refund Policy.
