No sport sessions are currently available.
CYO offers a variety of sports throughout the year. We offer both individual gender sports as well as coed sports and teams. Please check back often for session listings and registration availability. TEAMS are not formed based on coach or parent requests.

Late registrations will only be accepted to complete teams.

Ball Size:
1. Tot and Tiny - No. 3
2. Pee Wee and Mite - No. 4
3. Cubs and Juniors - No. 5

Size of Field
1. Tot & Tiny: 35 x 50 yards (1/2 of Pee Wee/Mite Field Dimensions) -
a. No Player Box (Goalie Box): no players will be allowed in this area.
Penalty: if the defense makes contact with the ball in this area, the result is a goal for the team that attempted the goal.
Penalty: if the offense makes contact with the ball in this area, the result is a goal kick.
b. No Throw Ins (Tots only) - In order to put the ball back into play after the ball has gone out of bounds, a player must kick the ball in from the sideline.
c. No Slide Tackle
2. Pee Wee & Mite: 50 yards x 70 yards
a. No Slide Tackle
3. Cubs and Juniors: 50 yards x 100 yards
a. Mid field line at 50 yards
b. Center Circle - 10 yards radius
c. Goal area - 6 yards x 20 yards
d. Penalty area - 15 yards x 30 yards
e. Penalty kick mark - 12 yards from goal (adjust as needed based on field dimensions)

B. Goal size
1. Tot & Tiny - Smaller than regulation (6ft. high x 12 ft. long is recommended)
2. Pee Wee, Mites, Cubs, & Junior - 8 ft. high x 24 ft. long
3. City Playoff will use 8 ft. high x 8 yards wide for Pee Wee, Mites, Cubs and Juniors, as per National Federation

C. Number of Players
1. Tots: 6 (5 minimum – no goalkeeper)
2. Tiny: 6 (5 minimum – including goalkeeper)
3. Pee Wee and Mite: 8 (7 minimum - including goalkeeper)
4. Cub and Juniors: 11 (7 minimum - including goalkeeper)
5. All divisions at Tiny and above will have a goalkeeper

Summer Basketball

Registration opens at the Archdiocese CYO Office on May 6, 2019 and closes at midnight on June 7, 2019. THIS IS NOT A SEAS LEAGUE.

Registration opens online in July 22, 2018 and closes at midnight on August 19, 2018. Late registrations will only be accepted to fill teams. Practices may start as early as August 20th.

Basketball

Registration opens online in September 30, 2018 and closes at midnight on October 28, 2018. Late registrations will only be accepted to fill teams.

Track

Hello all Parents, Coaches and Athletes,

As the 2019 SEAS CYO Track & Field Season approaches next week, I wanted to send out a message regarding available practices.

We would like to have everyone out for practice on both Wednesday (2/6 @ 515p at SEAS) and Friday (2/8 @ 515p at SEAS) next week and the following schedule afterwards:

Wednesdays @ SEAS Fields: 515p - 615p (Track or Running Focus)
Fridays @ SEAS Fields: 515p - 615p (Field Event Focus)
Sundays @ Brandeis High School Track: 4p - 530p
****Will not start until Sundays Feb 10th****

With so many new coaches and athletes, the combined practice days will be a convenience for parents with multiple kids in track. We’d like to get kids out to at least one practice with a goal of making at least 2 of 3 practice opportunities per week. In addition, these combined practices will serve as a better use of some of our veteran coaches that will be available to help new volunteer coaches, athletes and parents.

As you can see, we are establishing multiple available days to participate in the track and field practice schedule and our hope is for you to have access to several options to train and stay connected with your team.

We are still recruiting for volunteer coaches in several of the age/gender categories so if you’re interested we’d love to have you and we can train you up! The more coaches that are available, the better experience it is for the athletes as there can be a greater focus on each individual group.

• The 2019 Zone track meet is scheduled for Saturday, March 2nd at Central Catholic. The date is subject to postponement for inclement weather or scheduling conflicts with the facility.
• The 2019 City track meet is scheduled for Saturday, March 23rd at Central Catholic. This meet is for qualifiers only. The date is subject to postponement for inclement weather or scheduling conflicts with the facility.

Registration is now open online at seasyouthathletics.com for Tball (coed), Baseball (boys) and Softball (female). Softball teams are available for girls whose birthday is before August 31, 2012. The cost is $135 which includes uniform and trophy.

Registration closes at midnight on February 24th. Late registrations will only be accepted to fill teams, the late registration fee is $25.

TEAMS ARE NOT FORMED BASED ON PARENT OR COACH REQUESTS.

SEAS CYO is made up of all volunteers, we receive no money from the church. Each team will be assigned a 4 - 5 hour slot to cover Concessions and Field Duty on either a Saturday or Sunday during the season. This slot will not conflict with your game. Each family is strongly encouraged to volunteer 1 - 2 hours during this time. A completed registration is acknowledgement of your volunteer obligation.

Practices can start as early as February 25th, however this is if we have secured all volunteer coaches and the practice fields are prepped and ready to go.

Not Placed on a Team - 100% Refund

Withdrawal communicated to Board Member or Coach prior to uniform order date of March 1st - 100% Refund.

Withdrawal communicated to Board Member or Coach after uniform order - Registration fee less $65 uniform cost.

Withdrawal communicated to Board Member or Coach after commitment to the Archdiocese CYO Office mid November- registration fee less $65 uniform cost less $13 Archdiocese CYO fee.

Withdrawal after games begin (includes preseason) - NO REFUND.

A completed registration is acknowledgement of the SEAS CYO Athletics Refund Policy.
