Winter 2024-2025 Basketball

TEAMS ARE NOT FORMED BASED ON PARENT OR COACH REQUESTS.

Registration is now open online at seasyouthathletics.com for Basketball, ages 4 and older. TOTS (DOB 9/1/2018 - 8/31/21) play COED, TINYS through CUBS (our oldest groups do not play COED). The Age Division Chart can be found on our website. Even though the registration states COED, children will be placed with the correct gender and age group. Registration closes at midnight on November 29th.

Late registration will start on November 30th and will remain open TO FILL INCOMPLETE TEAMS! The $65 late registration fee will be waived if you register your child for a team that does not have the minimum number of players. If you register your child after November 29th and we are able to place them on a team that is already at the minimum number of players, the late $65 late fee will apply.

Practices can start as early as December 2nd if the gyms are ready. Days and times will be determined after registration closes and teams are formed by the volunteer head coach and approved by the SEAS CYO Athletic Director.

Consistent with prior years, we plan to play our home games at St. George Maronite (Tot and Tiny) and all other churches (PW and up). Games will start on January 10th.

REFUND POLICY - Refunds will be given according to the following schedule:

Not Placed on a Team - 100% Refund

Withdrawal communicated to Board Member or Coach prior to uniform order date of December 4th - registration fee minus $15 administrative fee.

Withdrawal communicated to Board Member or Coach after uniform order - registration fee minus $65 uniform cost and $15 administrative fee.

Withdrawal communicated to Board Member or Coach after commitment to the Archdiocese CYO Office December 4th - registration fee minus $65 uniform cost, $15 administrative fee and $15 Archdiocese CYO fee.

Withdrawal after games begin (includes preseason) - NO REFUND.

A completed registration is acknowledgement of the SEAS CYO Athletics Refund Policy.

CYO offers a variety of sports throughout the year. We offer both individual gender sports as well as coed sports and teams. Please check back often for session listings and registration availability. TEAMS are not formed based on coach or parent requests.

Late registrations will only be accepted to complete teams.

Summer Basketball

THIS IS NOT A SEAS LEAGUE.

The City Tournament is 8/5/25 - 8/10/25

Cheer

Registration will open online at seasyouthathletics.com on October 27th, 2024 and will close on November 29th, 2024. Practices can start on December 2nd, 2024 if the gyms are ready.

The season starts on January 10th, 2025 and ends February 16th, 2025.

There will be one cheer showcase during one of the Playoffs.

Soccer Rules Update

TOTS (4 players, no goalie)
25 x 35 yards (1/2 of Tiny Field Dimensions) – minimum exterior dimensions is 20 x 30 yards and maximum is
30 x 40 yards – interior dimensions must be as listed below:
a. Mid field line: 17.5 yards
b. Center Circle: 3 yards (not required)
c. Goal box area: N/A
d. Penalty box area: N/A
e. Penalty kick mark: N/A

Soccer

Registration will open online at seasyouthathletics.com on July 28th, 2024 and will close on August 23rd, 2024. Practices can start on August 26th if the fields are ready.

The season starts on September 27th, 2024 and ends November 3rd, 2024.

The Archdiocese CYO Office has not yet made the decision to offer Track for the 2023 - 2024 Season.

Baseball

Registration will open online at seasyouthathletics.com on February 2nd, 2025 and will close on February 28th, 2025. Practices can start on March 3rd, 2925 if our fields are ready.

The season starts on April 11th, 2025 and ends May 18th, 2025.
